Serdev Suture Suspension

What is the Serdev Suture Suspension Technique?
This technique is used to lift loose skin or flabby soft tissue for areas of the face, breasts, and buttocks. Traditional lifts require the surgeon to make large incisions, but with the Serdev Technique small incisions are made and using long internal sutures enables the surgeon to contour and shape the face and body without resorting to invasive and complex surgery.

The Serdev Technique lifts the deep moveable tissue beneath the skin by anchoring it to non-moveable fibrous tissue resulting in a more natural and youthful appearance. The Serdev Technique is ideal for lifting the face, chin, eyebrow, buttocks and breasts. The Serdev Technique is much better than typical forms of suture suspension, which are more superficial and do not last as long. The “Curl Lift", "Life Style Lift ", "Contour Thread Lift", and "Feather Lift" are names for these superficial forms of suture suspension. However, these procedures do not last as long as lifts done using The Serdev Technique.
